Adding students to your Worksheetzone Classroom (WSZ Classie) is designed to be quick and simple. Students self-enroll using a link or class code, so you don’t need to manually enter student information.

Primary Ways to Invite Students

There are two main methods for students to join your digital classroom.

Invitation Link (URL)

Each class has a unique Invitation Link.

• When students click the link, the class code is automatically filled in
• This is the easiest option for:

  • Tablets
  • Younger students

Students only need to enter their name and submit the request.

Class Code

Each class also has a unique Class Code (letters and numbers).

• Students go to the Join Class section on their dashboard
• They manually enter the class code to request access

This option works well for in-class instructions or printed materials.

Sharing the Class Code or Invitation Link

You can find the Class Code and Invitation URL at the top of your class page.

Common Sharing Methods

• Direct Communication: Share via school email or messaging apps such as WhatsApp or Messenger
• In-Class Sharing: Write the class code on the whiteboard for students to enter during class
• LMS Integration: Post the invitation link inside your school’s Learning Management System (LMS)

Student Approval Process

For security, students are not added automatically. Each request goes through an approval workflow.

Step-by-Step Approval Flow

1. Request Submission: Students enter the link or code, type their name, and click Join
2. Teacher Notification: You receive a notification showing a Pending Approval
3. Review and Approve
   • Go to the Class Members tab
   • Scroll to the Pending Approval List
   • Click Approve or Deny for each student

After Approval

Once approved:

• Students appear in your class roster
• They gain full access to:
  • Assigned worksheets
  • Activities
  • Live Games
  • Reports and feedback
