What It Is:
A Black History Inventions Bingo worksheet. The worksheet contains two Bingo cards, each featuring a 5x5 grid. Each square contains an image representing an invention or contribution by a Black inventor. Images include a wrench, mailbox, pencil sharpener, traffic light, bicycle, ice cream cone, fire extinguisher, golf tee, and horseshoe. Each card has a 'Free!' space in the center.
Grade Level Suitability:
Elementary and Middle School (Grades 3-8). The game is engaging and introduces students to Black inventors and their inventions in a fun and accessible way. The visual format makes it suitable for younger learners, while the content provides educational value for older students.
Why Use It:
This worksheet helps students learn about Black inventors and their inventions in a fun and interactive way. It improves visual recognition skills, reinforces historical knowledge, and promotes engagement with Black history during Black History Month or throughout the year.
