What It Is:
A hands-on phonics worksheet where students cut and paste beginning letter chunks (sm, b, w, sh) onto trucks to build -ell word family words like smell, bell, well, and shell.
Why Use It:
This activity strengthens phonics decoding, word building, and fine motor skills. The truck theme makes word families fun and engaging for early readers.
How to Use It:
• Cut out the beginning letter boxes at the bottom.
• Paste each letter/chunk in front of “ell” to complete the word.
• Read the completed -ell words aloud.
