Description
This worksheet is designed to provide your kindergartener with practice in recognizing the sound of the short "e", as heard in words like "sled". To complete the worksheet, your child will say the word for each picture aloud, determine if it contains the short "e" sound, and then circle the pictures that have that sound. This activity will help strengthen your child's phonemic awareness and reinforce their ability to identify short vowel sounds.
