Information
Description
What It Is:
This is a 'Merry Christmas Bingo' worksheet featuring a 5x5 bingo grid. Each square contains a different Christmas-themed image, such as an ornament, hot chocolate, a nutcracker, a stocking, an elf, a gift, holly, a Christmas sweater, a Santa sack, a candy cane, Christmas lights, a fireplace, a wreath, a gingerbread man, Santa Claus, bells, a Christmas tree, a North Pole sign, a snowflake, mittens, a reindeer, a gingerbread house, a snow globe, and a sleigh. The center square is marked as a 'Free Space'.
Grade Level Suitability:
Suitable for Pre-K to 2nd Grade. The simple images and game format make it easy for younger children to participate, while older children can still enjoy the Christmas theme.
Why Use It:
This worksheet is designed to be a fun and engaging Christmas activity. It helps children with visual recognition, listening skills (if a caller is naming the images), and following directions. It also promotes a festive holiday spirit.
How to Use It:
Print out the bingo sheet. A caller announces or shows Christmas-themed items (matching the images on the sheet). Players mark off the corresponding squares on their bingo card. The first player to get five in a row (horizontally, vertically, or diagonally) wins.
Target Users:
This worksheet is ideal for preschool teachers, kindergarten teachers, elementary school teachers, parents, and homeschoolers looking for a fun and festive Christmas activity for children.
