Description
What It Is:
This is a self-reflection worksheet where students evaluate their behavior and habits. The worksheet includes a list of statements such as 'I listen when the teacher or my classmates are talking' and 'I use my manners and am polite towards others.' Students shade in a square next to each statement with green (I always do this), yellow (I sometimes do this), or red (I never do this) to indicate how often they exhibit that behavior.
Grade Level Suitability:
This worksheet is suitable for grades 2-6. The language is simple and the concepts are easy to understand for elementary school students, helping them to think about their actions and social skills.
Why Use It:
This worksheet promotes self-awareness and helps students reflect on their behavior in the classroom and in social situations. It encourages them to identify areas where they excel and areas where they can improve, fostering personal growth and responsibility.
How to Use It:
Provide each student with a copy of the worksheet and colored pencils or markers (green, yellow, and red). Instruct them to read each statement carefully and honestly shade in the corresponding square with the color that best represents how often they do that activity. Encourage them to be truthful in their self-assessment.
Target Users:
This worksheet is designed for elementary and middle school students, teachers, counselors, and parents who want to help children develop self-awareness and improve their social skills and behavior. It can be used in the classroom, at home, or in counseling sessions.
