This is a 'Sight Word Bingo #2' worksheet. It features a 3x3 bingo grid and a set of sight words at the bottom to be cut out, including 'my,' 'ran,' 'then,' 'when,' 'new,' 'red,' 'there,' 'where,' and 'nice.' The instructions indicate the student should write the words into the bingo grid squares, cut them out, mix them up, and then play bingo.
Grade Level Suitability:
This worksheet is suitable for Kindergarten and 1st Grade. The sight words are commonly taught at these grade levels, and the bingo game format is engaging and age-appropriate.
Why Use It:
This worksheet helps reinforce sight word recognition through a fun and interactive bingo game. It improves reading fluency and vocabulary in a playful manner. It also develops fine motor skills through cutting and writing.
How to Use It:
First, have the student write each sight word in a square on the bingo card. Then, the student should cut out the sight word squares provided. The student or teacher can then call out the words and the student marks them on their bingo card. The first to get three in a row wins!
