Why Use It:
It transforms phonics practice into an interactive game, helping students build fluency, strengthen CVC decoding, and recognize -at pattern words—including blends and sight word variations.
How to Use It:
• One person draws or calls out picture/word cards.
• Players cover the matching -at word on their bingo board.
• The first student to cover all squares shouts “BINGO!”
• Use for centers, small groups, whole-class review, or literacy warm-ups.
Grade Suitability:
Best for Kindergarten, Grade 1, and Grade 2.
• Kindergarten: simple CVC decoding practice.
• Grade 1: fluency with blends and expanded -at vocabulary.
• Grade 2: reinforcement of word patterns and reading accuracy.
