When teaching youngsters about bar graphs, the emphasis is generally on getting them to appropriately draw and identify a graph, which is important. However, the interpretation of bar graphs and detailed analysis of the data are frequently overlooked. This ability is just as crucial as the ability to draw the graph in the first place. The worksheets in this collection teach students to evaluate bar graphs and respond to questions regarding the data. The bar graphs are becoming a little more sophisticated at the second grade level. The numbers on the scale may be increasing by one or two. The pictograms remain straightforward, with each sign denoting one unit. The inquiries are now more diverse, asking how many more or less. The graph is becoming a little more difficult to comprehend.
